“O escapadă reușită!”
I had a pleasant stay overall and left with a very good impression. The staff’s friendliness was especially noteworthy—they were welcoming, attentive, and available throughout my stay. When I arrived, there was a small misunderstanding about the room: I had booked a terrace room, but due to a platform error I received a balcony room. The staff handled the situation beautifully and made up for the inconvenience with extra effort. I really appreciated their attitude and genuine concern that this would not ruin my experience. Food was good, facilities were fine, and I had everything needed for a comfortable stay. A useful tip for early arrivals: it’s best to call the property, especially if you haven’t received the access code yet. The code was sent to us, but if you arrive earlier it might not have been communicated yet. The location also has an elevator. We didn’t notice it at first because we entered through the restaurant, but right next to it there’s a separate entrance that makes access much easier. Overall, our experience was very pleasant. The minor initial misunderstandings were fully compensated by the staff’s attitude. Their friendliness, availability, and the way we were treated made the difference, and we thank them for that. We left with a very good impression and would gladly return. The balcony was very small; otherwise, there were no other unpleasant aspects.
Everything was excellent, the breakfast was spectacular, very, very impeccable—highly recommend this hotel! 20++ points, quiet, clean, comfortable.
Ho soggiornato qui una notte e sono rimasto davvero molto soddisfatto. Struttura curata, camera pulitissima e confortevole Ottima anche la posizione. Un soggiorno piacevole sotto ogni punto di vista. Consiglio vivamente e ci tornerei senza esitazione
