“Comfortable Stay and Excellent Food”

Trios is a hotel that provided me with exceptional hospitality. Situated at the heart of the cochin city. Easy access to metro. Cabs available anytime. Good parking space. Clean and cozy rooms. The Best in the location and layout. Excellent food. Easy phone access to the reception and the restaurant. A very good hotel that provides 100% satisfaction to the budget spent. Easy access to a lot of visiting places. Complementary Buffet breakfast is really tasty. All food orders (based on trios menu card) available any time (lunch and dinner) in just a phone call distance. The food orders delivered to the room within a reasonable time. You could advertise your menu (paid, not complementary) for lunch and dinner also. It's not listed in

“جميل”

The hotel is close to the center, shops, the mall, and the local market in Kochi. The breakfast was simple.

The staff were friendly, the rooms very clean, and the location excellent—near everything, including the mall. The fridge in my room wasn’t working.

“Decent Stay with Great Food”

The morning buffet and meals were great, especially the beef fried rice we had for lunch. The room had a huge wall‑to‑wall window that let in a lot of daylight. The staff weren’t rude but they weren’t particularly pleasant either, though the checkout receptionist was wonderful and welcoming. The room turned out smaller than I had expected.

The staff were humble and supportive, and the hotel sits right in the market and mall area, which made for a great experience. Everything was good; since it’s new, I hope they’ll add a few more facilities soon.
