The staff were too bad.
“Good value low cost option for central Vagator!”
The hotel offers great value and a convenient spot near Vagator’s center; the rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff are very helpful. It’s quiet away from the main road, yet just minutes from bars, restaurants, and shops.
The location is good, but the facilities are limited.
Ground‑floor rooms were infested with cockroaches, and the first‑floor balcony room I booked wasn’t given until the second day, but otherwise the room was comfortable and close to the beach with a good pool. The hotel makes it very easy to do pest control, and if they handled that better it would be a perfect place to stay; also the unnecessary advance payment request could be avoided with a simple call to confirm check‑in.

The location is good, but I booked for two days and was shown a working TV and balcony for an extra fee. After checking in, the room was full of insects; the space behind my bed had dirt and biting insects all night. I asked about the AC and geyser before checking in, was told they worked, but they didn’t; it was a heavy rainy day, so I had to use cold water because no one answered the phone. I was stuck because of pre‑payment and couldn’t back out. An emergency forced me to leave after one day, and when I called for checkout, the reception was empty and no one answered, not even the owner, so I left the keys unattended. The worst hotel experience I’ve had; no one should go through this.
