The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast offered a great selection; the room in the old building was quiet thanks to thick walls, though that same thickness made wifi almost unusable and phone reception nearly nonexistent, forcing me to move a chair by the door for signal. Some parts of the hotel seem to be falling behind on maintenance, with lights flickering on the main staircase and several items in the spa either not working or broken.
