Just outside the D exit of Wuchang train station/metro station, you still have to walk down a few more stairs to reach the hotel entrance, but the location is decent. There’s a 24‑hour shop on B1, which is a plus. The front desk staff are friendly, and even though breakfast is no longer offered, they actively helped us because our booking included breakfast. The hotel’s surrounding accessibility isn’t well implemented, which is a common issue in mainland Chinese cities. The building is shared with other hotels and commercial tenants, so the traffic is heavy and the elevator wait times are long, which is frustrating when you’re in a hurry. The building maintenance is poor, the interior décor is very old and somewhat dirty, but the hotel rooms themselves are kept clean and spacious—great! The most important point is that this hotel no longer provides breakfast; it hasn’t offered breakfast for a long time, so guests should be aware. My booking listed complimentary breakfast, and after confirming with the front desk they promised to send someone early the next day to buy me a bowl of Wuhan hot dry noodles (see attached photo). Thanks, and please update the information on Booking.

It was right next to the metro, which was super convenient. But the door of the portal was a mess – it looked like it hadn't been fixed in ages.

The morning receptionist was friendly and helpful, but the hotel itself and the breakfast were a disaster. The rooms were cramped and the food was bland.

Location was spot on, right in the middle of everything. The room, though, was a mess – dust everywhere, sheets looked like they'd seen better days. I still would recommend it for the convenience, just bring a towel for the floor.
