I liked the location and the staff were friendly and helpful, but the room was very unkept, dusty, with dirty carpets and an unpleasant smell; the bed and mattress were not clean or safe to sleep on, the leather on the bed was peeling, and the room is not hygienic for toddlers or young children.

The hotel sits directly on the motorway yet the room stayed quiet; the room itself was clean but only had two towels for two people, and there was no shower gel or shampoo in the bathroom. Check‑in was easy at the attached service station. My dog was registered, but I was told at check‑in that it cost an extra €15. The service station’s food was borderline: two Bockwürste with rolls (not fresh) and a portion of fries cost almost €22. The Bockwurst was tasty, but the casing was hard and dry. So if you don’t care about comfort and just want a cheap, clean place and bring your own picnic, this is the spot. The €15 dog fee is too high.

From the moment we arrived, we absolutely loved this hotel. The grounds are so green, beautiful and peaceful, and the whole place has a lovely atmosphere. A special mention to Mo, the bartender, who was absolutely lovely. He was so welcoming, helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The service was amazing, and he even managed to arrange a last-minute dinner for us, which was absolutely delicious and full of flavour. Our room was very comfortable, with lovely beds, pillows and bedding, and the bathroom was very clean. We also loved the swimming pool and the outdoor swimming area. Sitting outside in the evening with a glass of wine was such a lovely experience — and the wine was lovely too! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. We would happily visit again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. The only small improvement I would suggest is updating or giving the carpets a really good clean, but apart from that, everything was great
