“Super emplacement, personnel jeune et dynamique”

The hotel is very close to everything in Taghazout: the center, grocery, pharmacy, surf shop, and restaurants are literally next door. Our room on the first floor faced the street and was extremely noisy, and because there’s no air conditioning we had to sleep with the window open… but for two nights it was tolerable.

“The cleanliness was awful”

The location was great, right by the beach and close to everything we needed. The housemaid was extremely rude to us, even though we tried to help by washing dishes and cleaning the toilet ourselves. Unfortunately, the whole place was very dirty and clearly needed a deep clean. The room had an unpleasant odor, and the toilet did too. We didn’t enjoy our stay because of that.

“Très mauvaise expérience”

Rien. La chambre réservée avec salle de bains privée et douche ne correspondait pas du tout à celle qui nous a été attribuée, avec des toilettes partagées. Le manque d’hygiène était évident et l’odeur dans les lieux était catastrophique. Nous avons immédiatement signalé le problème au gérant, qui nous a promis une solution avant de cesser complètement de répondre à nos messages. Un comportement très peu professionnel et un manque total de prise en charge. Nous avons dû partir sans passer la nuit. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement
