The room was just okay for sleeping. The hotel was run by Mr. Jey, who handled a serious overbooking problem. We were told at the last minute that we were overbooked—seven rooms were available but fourteen were booked. They tried to move us to other properties that were houses with many rooms, forcing us to share with strangers and compromising safety. They blamed booking, OYO, for the overbooking. They even asked us to pay more for the room we had already paid for. After a long argument, the manager finally gave us our room, but he threatened to fight with us if we were his age, which felt disrespectful and dishonest. I almost had to call the police. The manager seemed mentally unstable, which made me and my wife uneasy.

The room was fine for sleeping, with an air conditioner and a fan, but no TV. The mattress was lumpy and caused back pain, and the bathroom was not clean—water was cloudy. The stairs were not suitable for elderly guests.
