We were told the rooms were full after we had already paid the full amount and received a confirmation.

I stayed in a room that was filthy—bed sheets, towels, and pillows were all unclean, and the entire space had a terrible odor. There was no security present at all.

There was no Wi‑Fi, even though the facilities list said it was available. The bathroom was dirty, and the bed sheet had stains.
