When we checked in on Friday night, Sunny was at the front desk and helped us with a lot of questions about the hotel and the area; he was also there when we left early Sunday morning, making the checkout seamless. Nothing worth mentioning.

The room with the sofa is quite spacious, though sometimes highway noise can disturb sleep—yet we slept fine.

Nothing positive at all. Two major arguments happened on my floor: one in the hallway with a couple that lasted over 45 minutes; I called the front desk after 2am and it took a while for the police to arrive. Then, near my door, another couple argued for over 30 minutes; I called the front desk again, and the operator said the issue was addressed, but I told him it was a different couple. The attendant promised to come up and never did—worst night ever! The incidents were not resolved: the police came for the hallway couple but they returned to their room and wouldn’t open the door for the officer, and for the second incident no one showed up. The argument ended with no help from hotel staff.
