Carlos and his team were very friendly. The room was large and the beds were comfortable. The hotel sits in the heart of Quito’s Historic Center, which is a fantastic location, and the price was very reasonable compared to other hotels in the same area. The place was a bit noisy, with people’s voices echoing through the hallways and daily construction hammering in the mornings. Additionally, there were water problems, so the water was off half the time.

The hosts were absolutely amazing, extremely kind and helpful. The location is great, just next to La Ronda, a street full of life, music, restaurants arts, a street full of joy 😊 Loved everything Thank you ❤️
