The service was excellent.
“Good enough but not great.”
The staff were super nice, but I didn’t receive the room upgrade I paid for; the room we got was tiny and right next to everything noisy, with a washer and dryer outside our door, and the elevator and construction were loud.

Staff nice, room clean comfortable. The price, facilities old. Pool area was run down. Not happy to have waited until 11pm to go to the pool because was told adults only from 10-12pm. At least 6 kids between 2-12 did not allow a relaxing adult swim
