The location and cleanliness were excellent.

The location was convenient for Zion National Park. Road noise was an issue, and the air conditioner was loud. Two of the three lights over the bathroom vanity were burnt out, and the switch for the vent fan in the bathroom didn’t work.

The place was spotless, snug, and situated well. The bed felt amazing and the TV worked fine. Every guest could park right outside their door, and there were plenty of towels plus shampoo and body wash available. We really enjoyed our time here! The building also houses a cool restaurant. The only downside was the motel’s proximity to the river; we nearly had to evacuate during a flash flood, but the staff advised us to leave and promised a refund, which was very considerate.

The motel was freshly renovated and impeccably clean. I had a flawless night in a tidy room at a prime spot. They send you the door code via text. Pets are welcome. Stores, gas stations, and eateries are all nearby. The parking lot hosts a fantastic chicken joint—don’t miss the loaded fries.

The motel sits nicely between Bryce Canyon and Zion, fairly quiet despite being on the road. The bedding is super cozy, the bathroom is well equipped, and the place is very clean. We didn’t meet any staff, but the establishment is recommended. The only thing missing is a water‑maker; there might have been one, but it wasn’t listed.
