Clean and well‑located, within walking distance of the Old Town and the Forum Romanum. The air conditioning is very loud, and the wall‑mounted hair dryer belongs in a museum.

The location is perfect for visiting most of Rome’s monuments, the room is huge and fully equipped, with a safe, a minibar fridge, a kettle for tea, chamomile, and coffee infusions, a large shower in the bathroom, a big TV, everything impeccably tidy and clean, and the room is almost silent. Breakfast offers a wide array of sweet and savory items on a buffet, plus all kinds of drinks for a great start, and finishing the terrace breakfast with a view of the Basilica di S. Maggiore is fantastic.

Everything. From the staff’s warm welcome (everyone was very kind) to the room, which was very clean, quiet, and spacious. Nothing to add.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from a subway stop that makes getting around Rome a breeze, and it’s close to the Colosseum, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, and other attractions. The breakfast was excellent, the rooms were clean and fairly comfortable, and they’re air‑conditioned, though the AC isn’t great. Overall, it’s a nice hotel that offers excellent value, but a better AC or a fan would help.
