I couldn’t find any positives; the overall experience was very disappointing. The cleanliness was terrible—bedsheets and blankets stayed dirty even after several replacements, the bathroom smelled bad, and the toilet drainage was blocked. Breakfast was also let down, making the property unhygienic and unsuitable for families.

“Disappointing”

While the hotel's staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, the property itself was in dire need of maintenance. The room was dirty, the bed linen smelled, and the bathroom was in a state of disrepair. However, the breakfast at the nearby restaurant was a highlight of my stay, and the staff's efforts to keep the hotel running were admirable.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by a series of issues, including being overcharged for my stay and being ignored when I tried to contact the hotel for a refund. The lack of communication and transparency was truly disappointing, and I would caution other travelers to think twice before booking here.

I had a great experience with the hotel staff, who kindly allowed me to extend my stay beyond the usual check-out time without any additional fees. This was a huge help, as I had an important interview scheduled for 1:30 PM. Although I didn't have to pay extra, I was still able to check out at a time that suited me perfectly.

My stay at this hotel was excellent, with top-notch cleanliness, friendly staff, and a fantastic location. However, I did encounter some issues with disturbing sounds coming from outside, which made it difficult for me to relax.
