The free parking and spacious garage were great, but the AC was unbearably loud and kept me awake, the towel hanger in the bathroom was broken, and when I asked for an iron the staff replied, "We don't have one."

It’s a good spot to spend a few days; the staff were very kind and the room was clean. The only issue was that the elevator was out of order for one day, so we had to carry our luggage up four flights of stairs, but the staff were very helpful and assisted us.

Le parking est gratuit et les chambres sont spacieuses. Le lit n’était pas confortable et les draps semblaient très usagés.

The location was decent and the parking garage could fit a pickup truck, the room had air conditioning, but the elevator was broken during our stay and the staff were working on fixing it.

The customer service interaction was phenomenal. Me and the person I went with really enjoyed it! The environment was just absolutely amazing! I will be going back! It was all very comfortable and relaxing! Thank you all!. The only thing that was a problem, was my remote was not in my room and the shower pressure didn't give out a lot of water. Besides that, everything was absolutely perfect!
