Nothing. When I got to the hotel I was told that even though I had paid for my room I had to pay twice the amount because “the landlord’s son listed the wrong price.” I was mocked, “didn’t you think it was really cheap for a room? Yeah that’s too cheap, you should know that, especially for this area” (I don’t even live near Luton, so how would I know the hotel prices?). I repeated that I paid for the room and it wasn’t my fault that it was listed wrong, especially since I wasn’t warned beforehand. I was ignored, and the staff told me the hotel wouldn’t refund me and still wanted me to pay over £100 extra, but I managed to get a refund and find another room.
