We were blown away from the moment we stepped in; the staff went above and beyond, offering solid advice and ensuring a cozy stay. The meals were top‑tier, even crafting a special Indian breakfast for us on request, which felt like a sweet bonus. Our room was immaculate, roomy, and impeccably maintained. Every minute felt special, and we’re already planning our next visit to this stunning hotel. Highly recommended!

The beachfront escape was flawless, set on a quiet, secluded shore that felt truly tranquil. The team was outstanding, their genuine warmth and meticulous care added extra sparkle to our visit. Our room was generous, plush, and tastefully decorated, exuding luxury at every turn. If you’re hunting for a beach stay, Liya Beach tops the list. From the awe‑inspiring vistas to the delectable cuisine, everything here feels almost magical. I’d happily give it 11 out of 10 and can’t wait to return.

The beach view and direct access were great. No housekeeping arrived unless you asked for it. The staff isn’t very fluent in English, so if you only speak English and not Sinhala, that’s a bit tough. Food is horrible. They charge you for everything (water, towels, etc) after your first night or if requested more than what’s in the room (two of each when you check in).

The stay was excellent; the staff treated us like family, which made a huge difference. They were very attentive and even customized meals to our tastes. On one occasion we brought fresh fish and seafood, and the kitchen cooked it for us—a truly great and flexible service. Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. The room only came with one key, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the safe in the room was not fixed, which did not feel very secure.
