“Muy mala experiencia”
I liked the room, but the reception staff were a real drag 🤨 They took forever. They also tried to trick me: I wasn’t told that booking online didn’t include breakfast, and after eating something, they charged me almost $700 pesos for an extra meal that wasn’t part of my stay. The breakfast itself was awful 😏 I also paid almost $900 pesos extra just to leave 3 hours after the regular checkout time. The elevator and room key cards were disabled, so I had to wait at reception and deal with two people before someone finally helped me; I waited about 20 minutes 😟
