The staff were great and friendly. The place was quiet even though it’s near the motorway. The room was clean and check‑in/out was easy. Breakfast was good and grab‑and‑go. The room was a bit dusty because the windows were closed, which was necessary to minimise road noise.

The bed was comfortable and the shower lovely. The tea tray was adequate. Claire was very helpful and friendly. The room was described as deluxe but was basic; the furniture was shabby, there was mould on the windowsill, dirty walls and a skirting board under the desk, and no phone. Grab‑and‑go breakfast was not ideal, there was no seated area in reception, and a comfy armchair in the room would be a must because eating breakfast on the bed is not ideal. The hotel is best suited for business people but is not marketed as such.
