The staff were genuinely friendly and seemed to love their jobs. Our little girl had the best time at the kids club, and Ester from the club stopped to chat with her in the morning, asking if she’d come back. I’ve never felt such a lovely atmosphere in a hotel before.

Everything was family‑oriented and you never have to leave the premises to enjoy, but I wish there were more breakfast options; otherwise, it’s all grand!
