The food tasted good and the staff were courteous, but the location was terrible—no parking space at all, and stepping outside felt risky because of heavy traffic. Bathroom fixtures weren't working, the AC was noisy, the front desk staff seemed untrained, and I nearly missed my flight because of a staff error.

The hotel offered a great value for the price, but the rooms were a bit cramped and the decor was outdated. Still, it was a solid choice for a budget stay.

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, from the friendly front desk to the helpful housekeeping. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the area.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, thanks in large part to the incredible service from the receptionist Shyamala, who helped us resolve a problem with our booking and made us feel welcome. The rooms were spotless and the staff were friendly, making for a wonderful experience.

The property itself is lovely, with a great pool and a nice garden area. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable and clean. My only complaint is that the hotel is right on a busy road, so it can be a bit noisy.
