The location. The management had a problem that was already there before we arrived, there was no communication and some support staff were rude.

The only good thing was the location; everything else was terrible. When we arrived, they demanded an extra 30 euros or 200 euros, which they would refund only if nothing broke. The check‑in area was far from the building. We expected a decent room, but it was awful: the Wi‑Fi didn’t work, the room was filthy, the sheets were dirty, the walls were cracked, and the toilet had no lid. The place looked very old and never renovated. It was a horrible experience.

They demanded a 200€ deposit or an extra 35 euros on the booking, which feels like a scam.

The staff at ClaPa Group Dislocated Hospitality were rude and unprofessional. I was surprised to be asked for a €200 deposit for a one‑night stay. I understand city tax and standard fees, but this was the first time I’ve had to pay such a large deposit. Having travelled to many countries and cities, I found this experience disappointing and would not stay with them again.

The check‑in said you could do it online, but they forced me to go to their location and I paid 100€ for a taxi for that hassle; it wasn’t even a real place, they ate us like mosquitoes and I found it with the dawn.
