Decoration and location. Wifi does not reach the room. The bathroom has only a partial door, and each shower floods the bathroom. The air conditioning is noisy.

The location is excellent, very close to the little elevator of Mérida, the artisan plazas, good restaurants and the center. It is comfortable, friendly, traditional. Everything was fine.

The reception girls were very friendly. The bed and pillows are wonderful! The shower is also very good. The walls are a bit thin, so you can hear people talking in the hallway.

The staff were very friendly and the location is great. The rooms were comfortable and clean, meeting expectations. Because of the location, some noise and music is to be expected; in our case it didn’t ruin the stay, but it isn’t quiet all night. I suggest requesting a room further back.
