The place was very clean, and the lady who served breakfast was very friendly. I didn’t feel comfortable with the receptionist, who always had her phone in hand and seemed annoyed by any question I had; I think she should be more attentive without being bothered. The other receptionists were very kind and professional.
The tiki bar was great, but the pool was closed.

The tiki bar was a highlight, but the room was dirty and uncomfortable; they tried to move us to a second‑floor room and ignored our handicap reservation. Breakfast consisted of stale cereal, rotten fruit, a disgusting egg‑like product, and moldy bread, and the restaurant was closed.

“Black mold, peeling paint, and roaches! Disgusting”
I didn’t stay for breakfast because the shower in my bathroom had black mold, peeling paint, and German roaches. The AC was horrible, and there was no mirror over the bathroom sink.
