It was on the ground floor, brand new, very pretty, and super comfortable for kids; all kitchenware was complete and the coffee detail was nice. The location was good and I’ll definitely come back. However, on the second day there was no hot water, the laundry room lacked a curtain and blinds, and it smelled slightly damp.

The location is excellent—just 1 km from everything—yet it’s very quiet. The cleanliness was lacking, essential items were missing, the shower was clogged, and maintenance was insufficient.
