The property looks new and well designed, but breakfasts were good in variety, bad in quality; please change the vendor who supplies the food. The pool water was not clean.

Nothing good. The room was gross, the pool was small, the bed was not comfortable, the staff were rude, mold was present, and it was used.

The breakfast was the best ever, with a great variety that was always hot, and the staff asked every day if I needed anything. The bathtub in room 331 was very slippery; I had to wear my pool shoes to avoid slipping. I’m 83, don’t need a handicap room, but I like to feel safe from falling.

I booked for 4 adults and 2 children, but at arrival there were only 2 queen beds; 2 people slept on the floor without blankets or comforters. It was a very, very bad experience. Please reply and take this matter seriously. Thanks.

The location and price were good. The pool needed cleaning and breakfast was not a favorite.
