I was really pleased with the cleanliness and overall ambiance of this place
The hotel's location was a major plus, as it was conveniently situated near the wedding we were attending in West Branch
My stay at the hotel was generally pleasant, with comfortable beds, clean rooms, working Wi-Fi, and a delicious waffle breakfast

“Do not stay here, awfully dirty and seriously dangerous area”
Nothing about this stay was good or acceptable. The staff was very nice but everything was horrible… I never stayed in such a bad place before. Even motels in Africa felt safer and cleaner. Do not stay here. The bed smelled musty, everything was old and used. It smelled like Indian food. All of this isn’t even the worst; the area was so sus. Really scary people around. We couldn’t wait to leave.

It took till 345 to get a room while I was there at 130 , I had asked for a king but was given 2 queen and the AC would kick in but not cool the room and took another 45 min to get a second room and it was fine ! A/C worked well and clean it was ground floor and noisy , the exterior of hotel was filthy and in need of a lot of repairs and it looked very trashy. The staff was polite and admitted being understaffed and the room was clean and bed was OK as far as comfort

Location was ok. This complex is in dire need of improvements beyond what some of the staff is doing. The AC was not working correctly. Unsafe picnic table areas, locking doors. False advertising with a breakfast. The staff was hard to locate.
