Bagaimana tamu menilai properti ini, aspek demi aspek.
Simple, functional rooms that were somewhat modernized, regularly ventilated, but the towels didn’t smell fresh. I was traveling for business, so the location was perfect for me. The staff were friendly. The beds were too narrow and the windows couldn’t be opened properly. The price/quality ratio isn’t worth the high cost.

Breakfast was okay; the bread was stale, so we stopped enjoying it after the second day. A young man constantly roamed the hotel, often sitting on the stairwell to the rooms, smoking, and leaving cigarette butts and ash on the floor. There were moments when you were glad he let you use the stairs. Next to the stairs was a huge pile of dirty laundry that blocked use of the stair rail in some spots.

One of the few places that has good air conditioning.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, doing what they could to meet our wishes. We even received an invitation to a concert held in the courtyard and were allowed to join the dinner. Breakfast was rather sparse—when we arrived there was only white bread (my wife can’t stand it) and no eggs. In the first room the TV didn’t work; we were given another one in a higher room. That room was quieter but the ceiling was very low, so my wife couldn’t do yoga in the morning. The shower also had drainage issues, leaving water on the floor.

The hotel sits in an old mansion that’s very well preserved. The rooms assigned to us were large, fully renovated, and spotless; the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was in perfect condition. There was plenty of space to store clothes, a desk, armchairs, side tables, and a mini fridge. It’s very close to the thermal baths, which offer discount vouchers for tickets and you can walk there. We arrived late at night and a very attentive, helpful man attended us. Check‑in was very easy. Breakfast is a self‑serve buffet. The only downside is that the breakfast variety could be improved.
