Sana was the friendliest person we met in Morocco. The whole staff was incredibly helpful, always smiling and clearly going the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. The place itself is absolutely stunning. The internet didn't work well in the room as I had to do some work. Although it works fine in the main areas

Excellent location. The hotel’s aesthetic is very successful. We had a nice room with an interior lounge and terrace. The breakfast was very inferior to all those taken in Morocco. Especially the only orange juice on the trip was not made with fresh fruit. Moreover, it could be served around the beautiful pool rather than in a room without charm. The cleanliness of the room needs improvement.

A magnificent place that makes you feel like you’re in an Aladdin palace. Beautiful refreshing pool, perfectly located a few steps from the Ksar. We loved it!
