I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel in a charming city, where the entire staff were professionals who always wore a smile and treated me with kindness. The rooms were meticulously cleaned every day, and the amenities such as fresh linen, towels, and a well-stocked refrigerator with spring water added to my comfort. The breakfast was a highlight, with a rich and delicious spread that included excellent coffee.

Although the hotel's location was convenient, my stay was marred by several issues, including a malfunctioning air conditioner and a refrigerator that didn't work. To make matters worse, the blanket provided was too small for me, which made for a chilly night's sleep.
