Rooms were clean, yet everything was small, the shower was so tiny you could barely move, and the receptionist was rude and unfriendly to tourists.

The price of the stay was good, but the shower cabin in the bathroom only has a rain shower head without a traditional hand‑held nozzle, which is a bit inconvenient if you’re not used to it.
The staff were wonderful, especially the gentleman who made our stay enjoyable. The room was very clean and tidy. The only downside was that there was no kettle for coffee or tea.
I stayed about 25 minutes by train from the Dom, and the location was good. The check‑in went smoothly and the staff were friendly, and the room had air‑conditioning. The shower was very small and a bit hard to use without bumping into the walls, and the room was very noisy – I could hear the neighbors and felt the tram on the street.
Clean, spacious rooms close to the tram stop (25 minutes to Duomo); nearby shops and restaurants, and you can buy cold drinks on site. However, the old door between rooms should be removed because it lets a lot of noise and light in, making you feel like your neighbour could walk straight into your room (see photo); the bed closet is also quite cramped.
