We can’t find words for how much we loved our stay: the property was stunning, perfectly maintained, and blended into the valley; the food was abundant, tasty, and they even bought us special vegan milk; the whole team was welcoming and eager to make our visit unforgettable; the massages were superb; we strongly recommend Eco Palms.

The staff and their communication, the location and view, and the meals overall were great; the original idea of ordering breakfast like a full meal while it’s included was impressive; honestly the site is amazing, calm and serene.

A totally relaxed place to stay, with super friendly staff; it’s a bit further from Sapa city but we actually liked that; we rented a scooter from the accommodation and went out on our own; we also did a nice hike through the property; the pool is beautiful with a fantastic view; you can eat well there; nothing else—at the price it was a great accommodation!

We were welcomed incredibly warmly: the staff is adorable, the place is magical and the room very comfortable with a stunning mountain view; not to forget the restaurant offering great dishes (special shout‑out to the Bun Cha); we recommend asking them to arrange a valley hike, we had a H’mong guide whose kindness and knowledge of the valley made us love the area even more; we left with heavy hearts because we would have liked to stay longer; thanks to the owners and staff. 🥰
