“Edificio muy mejorable”

The hotel is saved by its location and the staff’s exquisite service, as well as its good food and overall cleanliness. Without the staff, the hotel would be quite bad. The accommodation needs a decent paint job at least. Of the two beds, one had a mattress that was tilted halfway out. The bathroom reminded me of my grandparents’ house, but better preserved, of course. I write this knowing it’s a Caribbean hotel and that potential renovations are harder and more expensive.

“Desilusión total”

The breakfast was included, but the place was expensive, dirty, and the rooms had dampness, cracked walls, a broken bathroom that smelled like a drain. The value for money was terrible and the manager was unfriendly.

The restaurant staff was very attentive and polite. The location was great, couldn't be better location. The seafood platter was abundant and delicious. We paid for a quadruple room, they put us in the small room (much cheaper room than what we paid for) There is no hot water, There is only a very cheap small bar of soap in the bathroom, no shampoo or anything (which after swimming in salt water, would be nice to be able to wash our hair. There is a thin bedsheet and that's it, no blankets or covers on top. When you walk into your room, you're greeted with an inventory stating that there are 4 clothes hangers, 2 remote controls, etc etc, as if to warn you don't steal the clothes hangers, haha. Basically it's the same price as the Marriot in Panama City, but the rooms are what you would expect to pay maybe $35 per night for in a bad part of town, not $145 per night

The location, the staff, and everything needed were excellent. The air conditioning and internet worked flawlessly.

“Did not stay lost my money”

Horrible, horrible, horrible—don’t waste your money or time. The worst hotel management and property I’ve ever seen. Upon arrival it was horrendous. Everything was dirty, the building was rundown, and the customer service was the worst ever.
