There was no staff at the reception, I waited 30 minutes at 11:30 pm and never checked into the hotel.

The place was the cleanest I've seen, and the staff were very corporate and helpful. The only downside was that there was no shuttle to Al Haram; we had to pay about 15 riyals for a taxi.
