“Value for money near the beach”

The room we booked was roomy, had a nice view—though it was of nearby residential buildings—and the sea was just a two‑minute walk down a straight road, visible from 300 m away. The neighborhood was purely residential, clean, and very safe even after midnight. A famous temple sits 250 m from the property. The hotel has no restaurant, so guests must eat out or order online, but several restaurants, small eateries, ice‑cream parlors, and kiosks are within walking distance and along the beach, so we didn’t feel pressured.

“Nice to stay with Family.”

We stayed in the Suite, which was very good with excellent ventilation and helpful staff. It’s within walking distance to RK beach, and good restaurants are nearby; street food is available within a 2 km radius on the beach road. The only downside was the lack of hangers in the room.

The rooms were clean, but the price was a little higher than expected for the room type.

The location is excellent, the staff are friendly, cleanliness is good, and it offers good value for money. The only drawback is that there is no food service.

At this price, I expected more cleanliness, and the surrounding view and overall tidiness were lacking.
