Food is good, great spot near the beach, but the rooms need more care for the price, the bathroom was uncomfortable and old, the sink was damaged, and the shower curtain was unacceptable.

Staying in a top‑location allowed us to rent a SAP and a kayak, and we had a blast paddling out to the mangroves to see a different side of the sea, plus the water‑bottle service kept us cool in the heat. The only drawback was the many flies buzzing around the poolside, making dining there less appealing, though the rest of the pool area was still relaxing.

I stayed at this place for four days and loved it. The location is right by a beautiful beach, the food is European‑style and the staff, including a friendly owner who knows the island inside out, are helpful and arrange everything beforehand. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. The pool is small but nice for the summer heat. Renting a car from the hotel is very convenient and essential if you want to explore the island, especially the northern beaches. Overall, we enjoyed our time at Sky Ocean.
