The freshly renovated room was well equipped with a large fridge, the location was great, and the breakfast in the lobby was tidy.

The facility was recently updated, pleasantly surprising me with its clean and modern vibe, and I highly recommend it. Nothing to add.

The location was great, but my room was oddly placed on the first floor at the back of the hotel.

The breakfast was good. Quick and fast but very delightful. The staff were very friendly and made sure to answer any questions I had. I usually travel to California once a year so I will definitely stop back here for the night. The location was good because it was close to the highway but the i didnt like the parking situation. Not very many spots so where I did park i had to make sure that I could at least see my vehicle. It was in a pretty dark spot

“Better than sleeping in the car, but I'd rather stay at an older motel with capable management.”

The room and bed were comfortable with almost no traffic noise, but the staff apparently did the renovations themselves. There were too many issues to list, from the hacked out door jamb to the toilet set at an alarming angle to the shower flooding the bathroom. Plenty of misaligned, missing and cobbled together items in between. I started to take pics of every wrong to show to a contractor relative for amusement, but I realized it would've been too much work, like 30 photos. The hair on the toilet seat when I checked in didn't make me want to leave a tip for the maid either.
