Bagaimana tamu menilai properti ini, aspek demi aspek.

A parking place, 10 minutes by car to the town to have dinner, spacious room. No information provided during check in - neither of facilities that exist, neither about the ones that do not exist. No hot water in the room, also in was really cold in the room itself. The wifi code received for the wifi that was not working in the room. Luckily the room was close enough to the cafe where the starlink internet sometimes worked. Also we agreed to have breakfast at 7 am - 7.15 there was nobody in the cafe and we left without breakfast. Not a good experience and far far from 3 star hotel

“NECESITABA SALIR DE LA RUTINA Y TAMBO LODGE FUE LA MEJOR OPCION QUE PUDE ELEGIR”

We needed a break from routine and some time to rest and recharge before a super busy week in Lima, so we definitely came back to TAMBO LODGE CANTA. The place radiates calm and warmth, and it’s undoubtedly the best option for good food and a great atmosphere. I always go and come back happy! This is my third visit, so I recommend it 100%.

“Soggiorno scadente malgrado la bellezza del posto.”

The staff tried hard to do their jobs, but they were clearly unprepared and exhausted at every level. The location of the property is good, though. The facilities and staff were completely unprepared for Western or non‑national tourists. There was no hot water, the toilets and showers barely worked, and the poor waiters and the check‑in person couldn’t grasp the need for prompt table service and other basic needs. Even though I love Peru and understand the limits of reality, I must say that despite the overall insufficiency, the young waiters and other employees showed effort in fulfilling their duties.

“Escapada con mi persona favorita”

I liked the atmosphere, the whole staff’s friendliness, the rooms were super comfortable, the animals were well cared for, the chef’s food was delicious, and I would go back with my partner :) I also liked it.
