It’s close to where we were meeting friends for a night out (just across from the hotel). I requested two double rooms with two beds each. The reservation listed standard double rooms, but the photo clearly showed a room with two beds. We were actually given a triple room, which we didn’t ask for. A friend who booked on the same day was told the hotel was overbooked, even though other friends who booked a week earlier got rooms. Another couple got a twin room even though they asked for a double bed. Overall, the booking system is unreliable; it’s best to double‑check a few days before arrival.
