Clean and pleasant, the staff were friendly. The breakfast was a bit dull, there was no option for light fare in the evenings, and the only nearby pizza place was mediocre.

All the staff were very nice. Breakfast was fine. The room had air conditioning and a tram stop right outside the door. However, the room had a strong personal odor that required airing out, the carpet had stains that probably can't be cleaned anymore, giving a bad impression, and overall the room looked very worn.

“Hotel top, Organisation/Personal dubios”

Das Hotel, die Lage alles ist top, ich war auch schon öfter zu Gast, aber nach meinem letzten Besuch wohl nicht mehr. Details siehe "Was hat Ihnen nicht gefallen". Beim Checkout wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass ein zu hoher Betrag abgebucht wurde. Nachdem es sich um ein bargeldloses Hotel handelt wurde ich gebeten meine Kontonummer bekannt zu geben, man würde das Geld zurück überweisen. Das ganze ist nun 14 Tage her. Bis heute habe ich kein Geld zurückerhalten. Auf meine Booking Nachrichten wird nicht urgiert und ich habe bis heute die angefragte Rechnung nicht erhalten. Das Vorgehen ist leider absolut unseriös
