The location is great, right on the corniche near the wharves and markets. The apartment had a large bedroom and a living room/kitchen with great views across the Nile. Most staff were very friendly, and they arranged a breakfast box for me to collect before a 4 AM tour pickup. Hot water was inconsistently limited. The mattresses are very firm but become reasonably comfortable with use. Note that the apartment rooms are on the top fourth floor and require climbing several flights of stairs. Breakfast was good but the portions of Egyptian food (hard‑boiled egg, falafel, bread, coffee, etc.) were small.
