Terrible experience! First, I lost the payment for my original reservation because it could not be canceled. I then paid again for the following night. When I arrived at the hotel late in the evening, I was told that no room was available, even though confirmed my reservation on speakerphone. I do not speak English well and asked the staff to contact , but they refused to help. It seemed that because I arrived late, my room had been given to another guest. Because of their mistake, I suffered both financially and emotionally. I was left without a room at night and had to urgently book another, more expensive hotel. Very unprofessional and irresponsible treatment. I do not recommend this hotel!
