The hotel is basic and does what it promises, but nothing special; breakfast offers good products. It’s a pity there’s no laundry service for guests, the main corridor is quite noisy, and it’s fairly far from downtown West Yellowstone. Prices are high for the service, though everything in the area is expensive.

The room was comfortable and the staff were kind, giving recommendations for restaurants and activities. Breakfast options were limited; if you like to eat a lot in the morning it won’t be enough. It’s quite a distance outside West Yellowstone to call itself a ‘West Yellowstone’ hotel, and unless you leave before 7:30 am you’ll miss the park entrance without a long queue because of the distance from the west entrance.

The room was of good quality. It’s 8 miles from Yellowstone, and the breakfast is the same every day.

Late check‑in went very smoothly, and the desk staff were very helpful with plenty of good suggestions about the area. I didn’t find anything that I didn’t like.
