Close to the sea, clean, and with very good security, everything else I liked; parking, however, can be a nightmare when it’s full.

The location was good, but we woke up at 5 am to find bad bugs, packed and left; two empty milk boxes were under the bed, and at 130 per night the room had no air conditioning.

Close to the beach, train station, local shops, a pub, and a few takeaways, the hotel offered a warm welcome from the host, a good shower, and short walks to a theatre and casino; it was very basic but met my needs, and I slept well in a generally quiet night. However, the room was smaller than expected, lacking a table or chair; the shower area was tiny and the toilet couldn't be used with the door closed. The TV was small, a nearby dog barked late into the night (not the hotel’s fault), the pillow needed replacing, and the décor felt a bit dated.
