The room was comfortable. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast selection was generous and tasty. The entrance from Piazza Carintá was hard for us to spot. It would help to explain how to get in when confirming the booking.

The place is well located and the room was spacious. The breakfast that was offered as compensation was excellent; I received it because of issues I had with the room. The morning staff were very friendly. The arrival and access were confusing; the reception isn’t in this hotel and it was very bad, with only one person who had to come down to open the door and do the check‑in. This hotel relies on another in the same building and the management neither sees nor replies to messages via Booking, through which I tried to confirm that my reservation was for two beds, a valid option for what I requested: I had to share a bed with my travel companion.
