“Lamentable.”

The staff were very friendly, but the rest was awful. The room was dirty, not to mention unhealthy, with mold in the bathroom, dirty sheets, and no housekeeping service – we had to use the same sheets and towels for the whole stay. The walls and ceiling were full of bugs, there was no hot water, the bed was uncomfortable, and the fridge didn't work. It was definitely the worst hotel I've been to; the price was not an excuse – we’ve stayed in cheaper hotels with far better conditions. Watch the photos; they’re probably retouched and don’t match reality.

“Exciting stay at Erwan House in old town BKK”

“Really good location, in the center of the nightlife neighbourhood. Maybe the price is a bit expensive.”

Really good location in the center of Bangkok, very close to the nightlife neighbourhood. The room was okay. I didn’t expect a 4‑star hotel, so it was fine, maybe the price was a little expensive, but perhaps because of the good location. (Still really affordable)

“Not Good”

I didn't like anything about the place; there was no lift and the rooms were very small.
