The location was fine. The rooms were hyper‑small, the bathroom tiny, dark, and without a light. The bed had no blanket. There was a long wait to access the room, and overall it was a disappointment.

The room was not up to expectations.

The staff were very kind, and the place is close to everything nightlife in the city center. I had to leave early due to an emergency and only stayed one of the three nights I had booked. I tried to speak with the owner for a refund for the unused night, but he refused. He offered to let other people stay the remaining nights or to hold them for 30 days. I explained I’m not from Colombia, didn’t know anyone to give the nights to, and didn’t plan to return in a month. He was rude and unsympathetic, saying my emergency was not his problem and that he wouldn’t refund anything. The rooms felt like prisons, the beds were hard, and everything was plastic. The bathroom had no hot water, and I found a earring in the bedding. There was noise all night and I couldn’t sleep. I would not recommend this place at all.

The location is good. The beds are a bit uncomfortable.

We didn’t have breakfast. The hotel’s location is very good because it’s close to the city center and tourist spots like Monserrate, Chorro de Quevedo, etc. There was a bit of noise at night, and we couldn’t sleep.
