The view from the Rooftop was amazing! On the second floor you have a small space to relax that was very nice, and the location was top. The only downside was the nighttime noise from the bar, but personally it didn’t bother us.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was small, but the view was priceless! The view from the rooftop on the 11th floor was a dream in my opinion and absolutely recommended.

The bathroom was fine. The staff were not friendly, and the bed was so tight in the room that we barely had space to move. It wasn’t a room for two people.

The location is strategic, close to the metro and especially in the most beautiful and authentic neighborhood of all of NY: Lower East Side. The streets are full of venues, bars, restaurants, shops of all kinds, and a supermarket. Young people come from all over the city to spend evenings here. The hotel is very cute, the rooms with skyline views are indescribable, we had the room on the 11th floor and I still dream of that view! The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The shower had a view of the Empire… what can I say?! A dream! The staff were not very courteous (except for one girl whose name I unfortunately don’t remember). Cleaning could be improved, considering that in 5 days they never changed our sheets or towels.

The view from the room and the rooftop was amazing, and the lobby offered free coffee, tea, and filtered water. The location was great—nice street with many good places to drink and eat! You can reach SoHo, West Village, Greenwich Village, and Chinatown in just a few minutes on foot. The hallway noise was noticeable—be aware that the walls are thin! But it’s New York, what do you expect? ;) The rooms are small, but we knew that.
