The staff were fine. The room with a bathroom was okay. The place is very noisy, with a window facing the street. If you want to sleep, you're out of luck. Don't take room 11.

The housekeeping staff are simply charming, very pleasant. The room was stuffy and the low ceilings gave me a claustrophobic feeling.
